FOM Festival day tickets are now on sale.
The Friends of Mine Festival 2011 is certainly shaping up to be an unmissable event on this years festival calendar.
Friends of Mine began as a club night for new bands and singer-songwriters in Manchester, England, in 2004. FOM rapidly gained a cult following, putting on shows at nearly every venue in the city, and by 2009 there were residencies in Liverpool and London. In 2011 FOM comes out from the underground to stage its first green field festival on 20th, 21st, 22nd May.
Line up for Friday 20th May includes - Bad Lieutenant, Mr. Scruff, The Lightening Seeds, Gold Blade, Liam Frost, Jim Noir, The Virgin Mays, The Farm, Unabombers, The Correspondents, Boxed in, Where's Strutter?, Chris Helme (Seahorses), The Loungs, The Rubys, Pegasus Bridge, John Mackie feat. Bonehead, Loose Fit, Danny Mahon plus many more....
Line up for Saturday 21st May includes - The Cribs, Badly Drawn Boy, Buzzcocks, The Phantom Band, The Wedding Present, Black Lips, Puressence, Cherry Ghost, Detriot Social Club, Get Cape.Wear Cape.Fly, Twisted Wheel, Emmy The Great, Dutch Uncles, The Longcut, The heart Break, Kong, The Travelling Band, Fiction, Kid British,The Rainband,Patterns, Aaron Wright & The Aprils, Amy Studt, Kristyna Myles, The Paris Riots,Frazer King, Cities of Gold, Lowline plus many more....

In addition, The Manchester Food & Drink Awards will be running 'Festaurant' - a fine dining area on site featuring sit down meals provided by some of Manchester's finest restaurants.
